About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 cups red or green cabbage, shredded

  • 3 tablespoons hemp or sesame seeds

  • 1.5 tablespoons hemp oil

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped

  • 1/2 tablespoon sea salt

  • Pinch of Cayenne (optional)


Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, toss all ingredients well. Massage cabbage until dressing is absorbed and cabbage softens.
