Welcome to the Move-ment Programs! Within these programs, we'll move our bodies, build strength, and focus on wellness practices for a healthy lifestyle. My job as your trainer is to get you the BEST possible results while making sure you are safe and have proper form. I designed each Move-ment Program with the principles of the OPT Model from the American Council of Exercise. The key to longevity and sustainability of a program is to do what works best for you.
