Balance in Movement

Just like our lifestyle, it is important to create a balanced workout routine. I don't believe in just one routine. It is important to mix it up! Not only for our muscles, but for our mindset! There is nothing more soul awakening than picking a workout style that feeds your mood for the day. If you are a creature of habit, no problem. You can workout the same time every day, but listen to your mood. Are you sore and tired? Try a long stretch class or yoga routine. Do you feel energized or sluggish, try a heated class or cardio-style format to release stress and sweat it off!


Stay Organized!

#1 Tip to a successful week in movement: stay organized with your weekly routine. Create your schedule the same day each week, Monday-Yoga| Tuesday- HIIT| Wednesday- Barre| etc.... Daily 30 is the minimum amount we need each day, but mix it up! You got this!
