Ingredients
1/2 cup of chia seas
2 cups of almond milk
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. Madagascar vanilla extract
1 tbsp. maple syrup
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 min.
Step 2
Place mixture into mason jars with a lid and refridgerate.
Step 3
When ready to serve, stir well and spoon into bowl.
Step 4
Top with fruit and/or seed/nuts.
