About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup GF oats

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 2 shots espresso

  • 1 tbsp. honey

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein

  • 1/4 tsp. pumpkin spice

  • pinch of sea salt

Preparation

  1.  Mix all ingredients in a jar and let sit overnight.

  2. Enjoy in the morning. Perfect if on the go!
