Breakfast Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup egg whites

  • 1/2 cup spinach

  • 1 tablespoon green onion

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1/2 tablespoon avocado oil

  • GF tortilla wrap or Ezekiel Sprouted Grain Tortilla

  • 2 tablespoons salsa or pico de galla

Preparation

Step 1

Add avocado oil to a skillet over medium heat


Step 2

Reduce heat to medium-low, and add eggs or egg white to skillet


Step 3

Slowly fold eggs until they begin to scramble. Add green onion and spinach, and cook until spinach has wilted.


Step 4

Scoop and slice 1/2 avocado. Grab your GF tortilla or wrap and layer the egg scramble and avocado.


Step 5

Fold the wrap or tortilla and enjoy!
