This class will get you literally "on your toes" as you build greater proprioceptive awareness, stability, and core control through moves that challenge your balance and coordination. You'll work your way through a combined leg and arm sequence, heart revving large range moves and muscle building isometric hold, You will finish feeling stronger and powerful from start to finish.
