Ingredients
1 box grape tomatos
1 avocado
1 can artichoke hearts
2 tablespoon kalamata olives
1 dash paprika
Preparation
Into a mixing bowl, slice grape tomatoes into halves, slice artichoke, peel avocado and chop into equal size pieces.
Add in olives and lemon juice and toss gently.
Place into serving bowl and top with paprika.
