Ingredients
1/2 cup of gluten free oats
1/2 cup almond milk
1 dash cinnamon
1/2 tsp. milled flaxseed
1/2 cup fresh fruit
Preparation
Mix oats, cinnamon, and almond milk in a large bowl and store in a covered mason-type jar in the refridgerator overnight.
In the morning top with milled flaxseed and fresh fruit.
Get creative and top with different combinations of fresh fruit, seeds, and nuts.
