Ingredients

  • 30 pitted Medjool dates 

  • 1.5 cup raw cashews, divided

  • 1/8 teaspoon coarse salt

Preparation

  1. Combine melted coconut oil and almond butter in a bowl. Add all remaining ingredients and stir to combine.

  2. Spray a baking dish with coconut oil spray.

  3. Press mixture into baking sheet dish and keep in fridge until ready to serve.
