Ingredients
1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1/2 banana, mashed
1/2 Tbsp. almond milk
1/4 cup egg whites
1 tsp, cinnamon
Coconut oil spray
Preparation
Mash bananas with almond milk before stirring in remaining ingredients.
Spray pan with coconut oil spray and head over medium-low before pouring in batter. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
The key to the perfect protein pancakse is to cook them low and slow!
Top with fresh chopped berries (optional)
