Ingredients
1 ripe banana
1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup Chia Seeds
1 tablespoon sliced almonds
Preparation
Step 1
Mash 1/2 banana into sealable container.
Step 2
Incorporate peanut butter into mashed banana
Step 3
Add milk of choice and chia seeds, then stir until mixture is well-combined
Step 4
Refrigerate overnight
Step 5
Before serving, slice the other half of banana (or desired toppings) and top chia pudding with banana slices and sliced almonds
