About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein

  • 2/3 cup GF rolled oats

  • 1 Tbsp. peanut butter

  • 2 tsp. maple syrup

  • ` cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/4 tsp, cinnamon

Homemade Jam:

  • 1/2 cup fozen raspberries

  • 1/2 Tbsp. chia seeds

  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

  • 1 tsp. maple syrup or honey

Preparation

  1. Mix all overnight oat ingredients together in a bowl and let sit overnight. 

  2. To make the jam, heat pan over medium heat. Add raspberries and mash until smooth. 

  3. Add chia seeds, lemon juice, and syrup or just honey. 

  4. Add 2 Tbsp. homemade jam to oats. Enjoy!
