Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1/2 cup frozen banana's

  • 1-2 Tbsp. almond butter (your choice)

  • 1 cup organic coconut milk

  • 1 Tbsp. each Hemp Seeds, Flax Seeds, Chia Seeds

  • 1/2 cup coconut water
