Maple Oat Protein Vegan Pancakes

About the Recipe


  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 1 chia or flax egg

  • 3 Tbsp. oat flour

  • 1-2 Tbsp. unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 2 tsp. maple syrup

  • Coconut oil spray


  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth. 

  2. Spray pan with coconut oil spray and heat over medium-low before pouring in batter.

  3. Cook 3-4 minutes on each side. 

  4. The key to the perfect pancake is to cook low and slow!

  5. Serve with 1 Tbsp. crush almonds and 1 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes and blueberries.
