Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop Vanilla Protein
3 Tbs. chia seeds
1 tsp. fresh grated ginger
1 cup diced peaches (preferably fresh)
1/2 cup your favorite granola
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
Preparation
In a blender or shaker bottle, combine almond milk with the protein powder until smooth.
Mix in the chia seeds and ginger and place in the refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, layer the chia pudding with peaches, granola, and coconut.
