1 cup water
¼ cup dry, natural whole
½ cup plain, Greek yogurt
(or almond yogurt)
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
¼ cup blueberries
1. Bring water, cinnamon and nutmeg to a boil
in a medium saucepan.
2. Stir in oats. Cook for about 5 minutes until
most of the water has been absorbed.
