Beach Breakfast Parfaits

About the Recipe


  • 1/2 cup diced pineapple

  • 1/2 cup diced mango

  • 1/2 cup plain low fat greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup granola

  • 1 tbsp. toasted walnuts


Step 1

In a small bowl, combine the fruits and set aside.

Step 2

Place half of the granola (about 2 tbsp) in your serving dish

Step 3

Then, top the granola with 1/4 cup of yogurt.

Step 4

Add two spoonfuls of fruit on top of the yogurt. Repeat steps 2-4 in layers until you've used all the ingredients

Step 5

Top with 1 tbsp. toasted walnuts. Enjoy!
