About the Recipe
8 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
2 tsp. Dijan mustard
1/4 tsp. smoke paprika, optional
A pinch of cayenne pepper
Sea salt and pepper, to taste
Cut each egg in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks into food processor.
To the food processor, add Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, sea salt, black pepper, smoke paprika and cayenne pepper.
Arrange the egg whites on a plate.
Spoon the mixture back into the egg white halves. Sprinkle smoke paprika on top.
