  1. 20 Cherry Tomatoes

  2. 20 Buffalo Mozzarella Balls/ Firm Tofu Squares

  3. 3-9 Skewers Sticks

  4. Balsamic Vinegar (for flavor)

Preparation

  1. Just stack cherry tomatoes, fresh basil leaves, and buffalo mozzarella (or firm tofu) on a skewer. Drizzle or dip in balsamic vinegar for added flavor.
