About the Recipe


  • 2 cups corn

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/2 small red onion, diced

  • 2 tbsp fresh basil chopped

  • 3 Tbsp olive oil

  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt


Step 1

Lemon Dressing

  • Add the corn, cherry tomatoes, and red onion to a bowl, and mix well.

  • Top with chopped basil, olive oil, apple cider vinegar and sea salt and mix again. Enjoy!
