Ingredients
1/4 head cauliflower
2 Tbs. pine nuts
1/2 fresh lemon, juiced
2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
1/2 ripe avocado
1 clove garlic, minced
Dash of sea salt
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a food processor, puree all ingredients. Serve with raw veggies, whole grain crackers or salad topper!
