Ingredients
1 cup Veganaise
1.5 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon water
1.5 teaspoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1.5 teaspoons nutritional yeast
Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparation
To serve, pour over romaine leaves with chopped red onion. Toast gluten free-bread and cut into small squares for croutons.
