About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Veganaise

  • 1.5 teaspoons Dijon Mustard

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1 tablespoon water

  • 1.5 teaspoons lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1.5 teaspoons nutritional yeast

  • Salt and Pepper to taste


Preparation

  • To serve, pour over romaine leaves with chopped red onion. Toast gluten free-bread and cut into small squares for croutons.
