Ingredients
3/4 cup prepared Dijon mustard, if using fresh, use a bit less
3/4 cup flax oil
1/4 cup agave nectar
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, finely minced
4 cloves garlic, finely minced
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons shoyu
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon sea salt
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, whisk all ingredients together until smooth. Add more sweetener to taste.
