  • 4 plum tomatos

  • 1 and 1/4 cups extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt

  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

  • 2 garlic cloves


For spicy southwestern-style Roasted Tomato Vinaigrette, add 4 rehydrated chipoteles to the tomatoes before blending.
