Vanilla Spice Smoothie


Makes 2 Servings


  • 1 1/2 scoops vanilla protein

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1 Tbsp. pumpkin puree

  • Pumpkin spice to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Top with a dollop of almond yogurt and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
