Kale Pineapple Smoothie

Makes 1 Serving

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana, frozen

  • 1/2 cup pineapple

  • 2 cups fresh kale washed, stemmed and chopped

  • 1 scoop protein powder

  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or your favorite milk alternative)

  • 1 tbsp. nut butter, optional

  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds, optional

Preparation

  1. Blend kale and almond milk until completely smooth.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and continue to blend. Add more milk if needed.
