1/2 banana, frozen
1/2 cup pineapple
2 cups fresh kale washed, stemmed and chopped
1 scoop protein powder
1/2 cup almond milk (or your favorite milk alternative)
1 tbsp. nut butter, optional
1 tbsp. chia seeds, optional
Blend kale and almond milk until completely smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and continue to blend. Add more milk if needed.
