Ingredients
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon + dash to garnish
1 inch cinnamon stick (optional)
Pinch of pepper
Preparation
Put all ingredients together in a pot and simmer on low for 5 minutes, whisk continuously.
Pour in a cup and garnish with a little extra cinnamon.
