Ingredients
2 pieces of Eziekiel Bread (toasted optional)
1/2 of an avocado (1/4 avocado spread on each slice)
half of a cucumber (6 pieces thinly sliced on each)
1/4 cup sprouts: 1/2 lemon (1/4 squeezed on top of each piece)
salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
Toast 2 pieces of Ezekiel Bread
Spread 1/2 of an avocado on each piece of bread with 6 slices of cucumber on each
Top with sprouts and 1/4 squeezed lemon
Add with a source of protein of your choice to complete meal!
