Fresh and Green Avocado Toast


Makes 2 servings


  • 2 pieces of Eziekiel Bread (toasted optional)

  • 1/2 of an avocado (1/4 avocado spread on each slice)

  • half of a cucumber (6 pieces thinly sliced on each)

  • 1/4 cup sprouts: 1/2 lemon (1/4 squeezed on top of each piece)

  • salt & pepper to taste


  1.  Toast 2 pieces of Ezekiel Bread

  2. Spread 1/2 of an avocado on each piece of bread with 6 slices of cucumber on each

  3. Top with sprouts and 1/4 squeezed lemon

  4. Add with a source of protein of your choice to complete meal!
