Ingredients
2/3 cup GF rolled oats
2 Tbsp peanut butter
4 tsp chia seeds
2 tsp honey or maple syrup
1 cup unsweetened almond
milk
1 scoop vanilla protein protein
1 banana, sliced
Preparation
Combine everything in a bowl.
Split mixture into two mason jars. Let sit in
the fridge overnight.
