  • 1⁄2 cup chopped broccoli

  • 1⁄4 sweet potato, chopped into bite-sized pieces

  • 1 1⁄2 cloves garlic, diced

  • 1 Tbsp. tahini

  • 1⁄2 tsp. olive oil

  • 1⁄4 tsp. cumin

  • Pinch of salt

  • Pinch of red pepper flakes at the end

  • 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, tossed at the end

  • 1⁄4 lemon, squeezed

  • Optional: 4 oz. lean protein
