Ingredients
Turkey Meatball Ingredients:
2 pounds ground free range turkey
12 cup bread crumbs
1 large egg
1/4 teaspoon fresh oregano
1/3 teaspoon fresh parsley
Salt & Pepper
Tzatiki Ingredients:
2 cups Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons chopped dill
1 English large cucumber
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Preparation
Turkey Meatball Directions:
In a large bowl mix together ground turkey, bread crumbs, egg, oregano, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Form small meatballs and thread them onto skewers, then place on grill.
Let them cook until one side is golden brown (3-4 minutes).
Turn the skewers and cook until golden brown on the other side as well.
Transfer skewers to a plate and serve with tzatziki sauce.
Tzatiki Directions:
Chop/slice or grate the cucumber.
Remove the excess juice from the cucumber.
In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, grated cucumber, dill, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Keep the dip refridgerated before serving.
Garnish with freshly chopped dill before serving.
