Ingredients
4 scoops of vanilla protein poweder
3/4 cup egg whites
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup organic coconut cream
1/4 tsp. baking soda
Dash vanilla extract
Unsweetened coconut flakes
Coconut oil spray
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Whisk protein, egg whites, almomd milk, and coconut cream together in a bowl
Add baking soda and vanilla
Spray mini muffin pan with coconut oil
Put mixture in pan. Top with unsweetened coconut flakes
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
