1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
1/2 banana, mashed
4 Tbsp. diced strawberries
Mash Banana with almond milk in a bowl. Leave 2 tbsp. of diced strawberries to the side, and mix in all other ingredients.
Spray a pan over medium-low heat with coconut oil.
Add pancake batter and cook o each side for 3-4 minutes, or until pancakes are golden brown.
Top with more strawberries, and maple syrup if you wish!
