Protein Pancakes


1 Serving


  • 1 scoop Protein Powder- plant based preferred

  • 1/2 banana, mashed

  • 1/2 Tbsp. almond milkMa

  • 1/4 cup egg whites

  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

  • Coconut Oil Spray


  1. Mash banana with almond milk before stirring in remaining ingredients

  2. Spray pan with cooking spray and heat over medium-low before pouring in batter. Flip when ready, about 3-4 minutes per side.

  3. The key to the perfect protein pancakes is to cook them slow and low. Add your favorite toppings/ powdered sugar.
