Protein Pancake


1 serving


  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 1/2 banana, mashed 

  • 1/2 Tbsp. almond milk

  • 1/4 cup egg whites

  • 1 tsp, cinnamon

  • Coconut oil spray


  1. Mash bananas with almond milk before stirring in remaining ingredients.

  2. Spray pan with coconut oil spray and head over medium-low before pouring in  batter. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side. 

  3. The key to the perfect protein pancakse is to cook them low and slow!

  4. Top with fresh chopped berries (optional)
