Matcha Protein Pancakes


1 Serving


  • 1 scoop Protein Powder- plant based preferred

  • 1 tsp. matcha powder

  • 1/2 banana, mashed

  • 1/2 Tbsp. unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk

  • 1/4 cup egg whites or 1 egg

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  • Pinch of Salt

  • Maple Syrup

  • Berries (optional)

  • Coconut Oil Spray


  1. Combine all ingredients, except maple syrup ad berries in a bowl and mix until smooth.

  2. Spray pan with cooking spray and heat over medium-low before pouring in batter. Flip when ready, about 3-4 minutes per side.

  3. The key to the perfect protein pancakes is to cook them slow and low.

  4. Top with maple syrup or matcha glaze from Matcha Donut recipe and your fave berries!
