BARRE BALANCE & SCULPT
This class will get you literally "on your toes" as you build greater proprioceptive awareness, stability, and core control through moves that challenge your balance and coordination. You'll work your way through a combined leg and arm sequence, heart revving large range moves and muscle building isometric hold, You will finish feeling stronger and powerful from start to finish.

CARDIO ABS & BOOTY
See you on your mat! This class works the entire body, focusing on your abs and booty while revving up your heart rate & metabolism through bursts of low-impact cardio and large range movement. A Pilates ball is used to provide some resistance and control over our movements so you'll leave feeling strong and balanced!
